You will be the friendly and welcoming face of security, reassuring people that they are entering an area, within which they will be kept safe due to your dillligence and vigilance.

**Working 56 hours per week**

**Working a shift pattern of 3 days, 3 nights and 3 off**

**Our Security Officers will have the duty of:**

* Friendly face, approachable and keeping people safe

* Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors.

* Meet and greet staff, visitors and contractors.

* Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed.

* Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices.

* Remain 100% alert and vigilant at all times to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening behaviour.

* Undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.

**Required Skills**

**Requirements of Security Officer:**

* SIA License

* The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history

* Excellent customer service, people skills, organisational skills and time management

* Smart and presentable in appearance. Polite and proactive in engaging customers
