Security Officers Flex in the Cinnaminson, NJ area. These positions offer a pay rate of $18.00/hr - with weekly pay. The Flex Officer position is crucial to our companys operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel. Scheduling Expectations. The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post.
