Security Officer Field - FedEx : Job Details

Provides protection for individuals and property from injury and/or criminal acts, prevents unauthorized entry, and responds to emergency situations. Provides cargo screening if assigned. Essential Functions Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education. Two (2) years college/equivalent. Minimum Experience. Two (2) years experience in law enforcement/military/security or a. Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations. Ability to successfully complete required training programs.
