Our Customer Service Officers support our mission by providing professional, customer-focused security and life safety services. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, visitors, and guests
- Monitoring the environment for suspicious or unsafe activity
- Familiarizing with traffic, customers, tenants, visitors, and guests
- Greeting and assisting guests and employees professionally
- Answering questions and supporting guests and staff
- Monitoring entrances/exits and controlling access
- Performing patrols and observing for theft or unauthorized activities
- Following emergency procedures and monitoring alarms
- Preparing reports on incidents and activities
Qualifications include:
- State or municipal security officer license
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable communication and transportation methods
- Security guard license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate security and communication devices
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience helpful
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.20, along with benefits such as health & welfare, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, and 401K.
