Job Details Northeast Security is seeking an experienced Security Incident Responder for one of our premiere accounts in Boston, MA, to focus on incident response, officer training, Investigations, and on-site leadership. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually Hourly Pay: $27.05 PLUS a $500 hiring bonus after 90 days. Available schedules: Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm Saturday and sunday 6:00am-2:00pm AND Mon-Wed 2:00pm-10:00pm Wed-Sun 10:00pm-6:00am Wed-Sun 2:00pm-10:00pm Fri-Sat 10:00pm-6:00am Various other PT Security Incident Responder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Respond immediately to security incidents or emergencies across the site, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
  • Train and support security officers in response protocols, emergency procedures, and client-specific standards.
  • Serve as an on-site leader during incidents and elevated situations, ensuring officers follow post orders and act in line with company and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as necessary during critical events.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to officers during daily operations, reinforcing safety, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept informed of any operational changes or updated procedures.
  • Fill in or provide coverage for various posts during active shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as needed.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and management to identify improvement opportunities in officer performance and training.
  • Promote a culture of preparedness, accountability, and service excellence among the team.
Security Incident Responder Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent emergency response/security field experience.
  • Experience in training or mentoring security personnel required.
  • Valid Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and lead effectively under pressure.
  • Must have a neat and professional appearance.
  • Dependable means of transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience with security platforms like C• CURE 9000 is a plus.
