Security Guard - Foot Locker Retail : Job Details

Supports a positive customer shopping experience and maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and Loss Prevention. Understands operational procedures and deters acts of dishonesty within established customer service guidelines. Execute security services as outlined in post orders and directed by Security leads Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and/or front door with courteous and professional interactions with clients Provides an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence Monitor store entrance/ exit responding to the EAS system in a friendly customer service approach Excellent communication skills and sound judgment Sign in employees/vendors and verify any Footlocker merchandise. Sign out employees/vendors and verify all Foot Locker merchandise and verify purchases against the employee's receipt.
