Security Guard Armed, Full Time - Unity Health - White County Medical Center : Job Details

This position exists to protect life and property of all persons on hospital premises and to police hospital grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism. To ensure boilers are attended on a regular basis and logged in on a timely manner. PHYSICAL/ MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:Sitting occasionally, frequent (50 - 60%) standing/walking, bending and stooping, lifting up to 100 pounds, carrying (weight of object carried not to exceed 50 pounds). Occasional pushing/pulling, twisting/turning, crouching/stooping and kneeling. Handling/ Manual dexterity - gross motor skills are necessary as well as talking/hearing/seeing is mandatory for performance of this position.
