Security Guard - 1st Shift - Lassonde Pappas and Company : Job Details

The Security Guard will be responsible for the security and order of the plant, grounds, and work site. This role reports to the Security Supervisor and is based out of our Sparta, Michigan location. Primary Responsibilities include:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, contractors, visitors and other persons to maintain security of premises Sign in vendors and contractors, and issue appropriate badges. Report bulk tanker deliveries to blend room personnel and track tankers on the weekly delivery schedule. For incoming trucks, verify seal number and integrity, record trucks in log book and direct them to the appropriate dock or shipping and receiving (S&R) office. Verify that trailer seal number matches seal recorded on bill of lading for outgoing trucks and inspect integrity of trailer door and door seals per SQF shipping procedures.
