This is a key leadership opportunity where your expertise will help protect people, property, and the overall guest experience. Securitas is looking to hire a Security Director (Retail)Full time. Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Salary $65,000 Responsibilities: Leading and supervising the on-site security team. Ensure all posts are staffed and post orders are being followed. Monitor officer performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a calm and professional manner.
