Security and Operations Manager - Cushman & Wakefield : Job Details

This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Director of Security and supporting the needs of the property management office. The individual will oversee all aspects of building security systems, while also providing operational and administrative support to the Property Manager. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure a secure, well-maintained, and tenant-focused environment. Job Description. Essential Functions & Responsibilities. Supervise security staff and ensure effective training, performance, and adherence to all safety protocols. Monitor and maintain all security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident tracking. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the buildings interior and exterior to ensure a secure environment. Serve as liaison with NYPD, FDNY, OEM, and other public safety agencies as needed.
