Job Overview

As a member of the IT Identity Access Management Team, the Security Analystis responsible for designing and provisioning end user system access andfirst-level support ofsecurity access issues. They may be responsible for managing projects related to his/her assigned area when needed and may be assigned as a support event or response team coordinator, responsible for managing the support activity from intake through reporting outcomes to the affected clients and ITS management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through problem calls that are escalated from the Help Desk or received directly from a client area; assure appropriate communications throughout problem investigation/resolution event
• Function as a project coordinator, typically with the guidance of a more senior staff member, for assigned small projects, including documentation preparation, workplan and estimate development, communications, and resource coordination as appropriate.
• Perform routine system maintenance activities for information securityas directed.
• Work jointly with other Information Technology staff as necessary to troubleshoot security access issues and general security issues.
• Participate as assigned in routine application and technology testing efforts to facilitate general security support activities, new projects, enterprise initiatives, and I.S. departmental operations.
• Develop documentation to support all information securityprogram development and update activities; maintain support information repository as required.
• Follow published Production Change Management practices as available for all updates to production environments
• Develop SME capabilities through efforts such as actively seeking out & completing training, performing research, and networking with other users outside of Deaconess. The goal of acquiring these capabilities is to build a deep knowledge base for information securitytechnologies and practices that will allow the SecurityAnalystto function as a consultant in recommending strategic growth opportunities and other actions that leverage existing technology investments.

What You Will Need

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity,CIS/CS or Equivalent Education preferred
• CompTIA Security+, CySA+ desirable
• 2+ years of relevant security support experience in Access Management preferred
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Epic Security design desirable
