Planning : Team Expense and budget management - Report and make recommendations to Senior Management regarding projects as it relates to business facilities and security processes - Ensure implementation of effective facility and security management processes across the business. Act as first point of contact - Effectively communicate with service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures - Monitor and report on C-TPAT compliance - Security training for employees - IT Equipment(PC, Laptop) security Management - Factory CCTV and physical security equipment management - Gate Security Staff Management - Prepare monthly reports per HQ guidelines - Monitor security systems. Report any non-compliance findings - Supports other inter-department functions as needed - IT Security experiences a plus.
