Your responsibilities include conducting detailed financial assessments, building robust models for deal structuring, and preparing high-quality materials for clients and stakeholders. You will contribute to live transactions and strategic marketing efforts, driving client engagement and supporting team growth.

To be successful, you should have:

• Solid understanding of financial instruments, securitized products, and the financial market
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, CAS, and SEI systems
• Experience in financial assessment and modeling
• SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses
• Willingness to travel up to 5%

This role is located in New York, NY, and is FINRA regulated. Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000, excluding benefits.

Purpose of the role

To raise capital and manage financial risk through advisory services, market opportunity identification, research, and economic analysis.

Accountabilities

• Develop relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Collaborate on pitch materials, financial models, and presentations
• Structure and execute deals, including M&A and capital raising
• Coordinate due diligence and stakeholder communication
