Location: United States of America

We are looking for a Product Specialist - ABS – IC3 responsible for executing the origination, structuring, and distribution of warehouse facilities and capital markets transactions in the structured products arena, on behalf of our clients and leading deal teams.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with senior executives at existing clients and prospects to enhance revenue and risk-adjusted return.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with lenders and syndication partners for warehouse facilities.
  • Oversees due diligence and underwriting processes for transactions.
  • Partners with SPG and US CIB counterparts on new business opportunities.
  • Supervises junior staff from financial, operational, and industry perspectives.
  • Supports business development initiatives and day-to-day management.
What You Bring

To succeed, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (required); Master's preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in business development, product management, or related areas.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, influence others, and travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in financial calculations and Microsoft Office.
