**Summary/Objective** Seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Lead with distribution experience. This position oversees the supply chain process of incoming and outgoing materials, check orders for accuracy, and ensure that safety regulations are met.

**What Youll Do (list responsibilities)**

Oversee and manage workforce in a warehouse functional area

Assess work needing to be done on each shift and assign individuals to complete it

Ensure physical operations are accomplished safely

Ensure system transactions are completed correctly

Evaluate individual worker performance and maximize productivity metrics of team overseen

Ensure workers are fully trained in all responsibilities

Accomplish 5 S's (Seiri - Organize | Seiton - Orderliness | Seiso - Cleanliness | Seiketsu - Standardize | Shitsuke - Discipline)

**Physical Requirements**

Warehouse environment with temperatures varies depending on climate.

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons as needed
