The Warehouse Lead is responsible for achieving daily department goals set by the Operations Manager. They will monitor hour by hour performance, adjust staffing as needed, and provide feedback to colleagues on operational processes. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Do Conduct daily meetings to discuss the business, priorities, and transition to / from next shift Enlist colleagues to offer suggestions for process/culture improvement and champion their cause Ensures colleagues are trained, cross-trained and/or certified in all operational areas. Recognizes training deficiencies works in partnership with Core Trainer and Operations Manager to retrain and address issues.
