Seasonal Utility Operator - Clemens Food Group : Job Details

The Seasonal Utility Operator supports feed mill operations during the high-demand harvest season. This position is critical for maintaining the flow and quality of grain processing, with a focus on managing traffic, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate data tracking. The role works closely with operators and the Ag Tech system to ensure efficient, safe, and quality production. Shift: 1st shift DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and monitor the corn dryer system. Manage high truck volume (up to 100 trucks/day) including scaling in/out and flow coordination. Utilize the Ag Tech system to enter, verify, and manage data accurately. Monitor wet bins to ensure capacity is maintained. Physically run and monitor the dryer and related machinery. Trans-load trucks and prepare corn for sale. Assist with receiving materials and ensure operational readiness. Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to ensure safe, smooth operations.
