Seasonal Trust and Wealth Management Tax Support - Hills Bank : Job Details

\n. Trust and Wealth Management Tax Support is responsible for assisting the Trust and Wealth Management Department Tax Team with tasks and projects related to tax reporting and processing. The person filling this role will return each September-May. \n \n. ACCOUNTABILITIES:\n \n. Tax Reporting and Processing \n\n. Monthly review of transactions and information for various account types, and correction as needed\n. Assist with monthly review and correction of IRA transactions, including review of accounts for filing requirements and collection of beneficiary information \n. Assist with year-end reporting for IRA accounts (1099-R and 5498)\n. Monthly review of MLP transactions and activity, and coordination of YE reporting\n. Assist with monthly tax withholding reconciliations\n. Maintenance of tax files \n. Generate reports from the trust accounting system (SWP) for accounts recently opened or closed.
