What You'll Do:

  • Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and performing stockroom operations.
  • Replenish the sales floor based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
  • Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with their needs.
  • Implement product protection standards to ensure safety and security.
  • Participate in training new hires on company standards, product knowledge, and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Support customer service and sales efforts to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Act with integrity, demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for associates and customers.

What Skills You Have:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • No previous retail experience necessary.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
