Summary

Our Sales Leads with Keys are critical to the success of our stores. As a Sales Lead with Keys, your role is to create the best possible customer experience. You stay current on all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with customers and respond to their needs. You also communicate UGG's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments while sharing your passion for our products. Working as part of a dynamic team, you collaborate to achieve business goals.

Description

As a Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all customer questions are answered accurately before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. Maintaining a positive, cheerful attitude, you promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code. You are available to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.

Your responsibilities extend beyond sales floor duties. You operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area, practice safety-consciousness, and respond to theft according to policies. As a team player, you promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining respectfulness.

Key Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
