Summary

Our Stock Room Operations Leads are vital to our store success. As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers. Your role is to maintain a safe, efficient stockroom so customers can find products when they want them. You model exceptional stockroom standards, promote a positive environment, and work closely with your Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, empowering your team through encouragement and recognition.

Description

As an UGG Stock Lead, you manage the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You keep the stockroom neat and orderly, practicing safety and security measures to prevent theft. You ensure all stock processes and policies are understood and followed by your team. You plan for new product arrivals, verify shipments, handle discrepancies, and manage inventory counts. You also handle customer charge sends and store transfers between locations or distribution centers. Managing damaged merchandise or mismatched inventory according to company standards is part of your responsibilities. You must securely maintain a key to the store.

Beyond stock management, you assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals, help replenish and display products following Visual Merchandising standards, and provide excellent customer service. Greet customers, direct them to products, answer questions, and offer product knowledge. Maintain a positive attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions. As a Stock Associate, you are an integral team member committed to meeting business needs.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills to convey UGG and Deckers Brands' vision and mission
  • Strong team-building and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license
