This part-time seasonal role is vital for our success during peak times. You will provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience while supporting our sales goals. As a valued Teammate, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.
- Help customers find the perfect apparel and footwear by providing knowledgeable suggestions.

- Keep the store neat, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Assist in various store activities as needed.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 16 years old (18 in CA).
- Flexible availability for work schedules.
- Comfortable with technology (computers and mobile devices).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform essential duties of the role.

Purpose of Role
The Sales Team Member plays an essential role in achieving store sales and KPI targets by providing customers with an exceptional experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily store operations and take on Stock Specialist duties in their absence.
Your Impact
Sales & Customer Experience
- Assist customers directly to meet sales targets.
- Handle omni-channel requests in alignment with UA policy and process.
- Promote UA's service culture and customer expectations.
- Communicate brand messages effectively while assisting customers.
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge for better selling.
Retail Operations
- Maintain merchandise standards and floor layouts.
- Follow Under Armour's policies and procedures consistently.
- Complete cash handling and operational processes as trained.
- Adhere to dress code and attendance protocols.
- Fulfill scheduled working hours according to Under Armour's policies.
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Work together with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications
- Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Proficiency with computers and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 0-3 months of experience in sports/apparel retail (preferable).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move products up to 25 lbs (12 kgs).
- Able to move around the store for extended periods.
- Accessibility to all areas of the store, including sales and stockrooms.
