Seasonal Production - Greenhouse Support - Simple and Grand : Job Details

Simple and Grand is hiring Seasonal Production Greenhouse Support to join our team in Faribault, MN (about 50 miles south of Minneapolis). In this role you will be bringing handcrafted planters to life. Working primarily in our greenhouse and outdoor production areas, you ll gain hands-on experience as you handle a variety of seasonal plants, flowers, and evergreens.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with greenhouse production of custom seasonal planters
• Handle flowers, plants, and greens with care and precision
• Participate in basic horticultural tasks including potting, planting, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe greenhouse and work area
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Start October 20 th and work through the first week of December
