As a Parking Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our traffic areas. You will handle snow removal, support Base Area Services, and collaborate with Security and Facilities as needed. Your shifts will be from 6 am to 12:30 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage parking lots to ensure safety
• Control vehicle traffic while ensuring pedestrian safety
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with litter control
• Conduct snow removal and prevent ice build-up
• Provide excellent Guest Services including resort information and solving issues
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently
• Positive interaction with guests, coworkers, and management

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

The base hourly pay is competitive, starting at $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Typical noise levels
