Job Description :
We are seeking a Seasonal Operations Assistant to support the management and maintenance team(s) during our seasonal apartment Turnover period and/or for a special project-based need. This position will work closely with the team and vendors to ensure a smooth process and/or project completion according to ACC policies and procedures. You will be the liaison between vendors and staff to include, but not limited to: unit entry/oversight, collecting daily vendor assignment sheets, basic work order fulfillment, general unit make-ready etc. Your ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors and to support to our maintenance team will be key! Heres what a typical day may look like:Accompany vendors on-site as instructed by community management and/or facilities management.
