Seasonal Laborer - Riviana Foods : Job Details

\n\n\n\t. Operate a forklift with limited supervision in various warehouse capacities and be able to properly receive, place, remove, transfer and ship finished products and supplies throughout the facility. Participate in Sanitation for areas as assigned. 90% of time walking and standing.\n\t. Strength and ability to lift and handle objects weighing 50 lbs. occasionally. Performs and documents safety and preventative maintenance checks daily on all equipment prior to its use.\n\t. Use appropriate equipment (push\/pull, side shift, triple stage forklift and stretch wrapper) according to production and warehouse demands. \n\t. Properly load trailers in a manner that will not result in overweight axles. Demonstrate the ability to correctly and efficiently perform put away functions while positioning the pallets in warehouse storage locations and\/or supplies to their designated areas according to company specifications or as directed by a Supervisor, Lead Person or Manager.\n\t.
