OverviewJoin The Wilds as a Seasonal Housekeeper, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff while supporting conservation efforts.ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Facility Maintenance* Maintain cleanliness of all visitor areas, including:* Johnson Center, Overlook, Carnivore areas* Lakeside Cabins, Lodge, Straker Cabins, Nomad Ridge* Wilds Administration Building, Clinic, Animal Management office, Operations Support Center* Manage daily trash removal and recycling disposal in line with recycling policies.* Maintain and organize housekeeping storage areas and inventory supplies.Guest Service & Representation* Act as a professional representative of The Wilds, ensuring a positive guest experience.* Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service and upholding guest service standards.Operational Support* Work with flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.* Operate two-way radios for efficient communication.QualificationsExperience & Skills* Must be 16 years or older.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.* Positive, professional attitude and teamwork mentality.* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Compliance & Employment Requirements* Possession of a valid state-issued Identification.* Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.* Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy, BMV Check, and Criminal Background Check.* This position is not eligible for overtime pay.If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment, apply today to be a Seasonal Housekeeper at The Wilds!
