Seasonal Admin Support Clerk - Kendall Jackson : Job Details

Answers and screen telephone calls in a professional and timely manner. Greets incoming visitors. Distributes daily internal and external mail and overnight packages. Manages orders and maintains office and break room supplies and keeps track of supply inventory. P Card Reconciliation & processing. PO processing Invoice processing, match invoices to receiving documents and process invoices in JDE - Audit and reconcile Farm Labor invoices in Agcode. Submit Check Requests for Vendors. Assist Manager Office Services in other tasks as needed Qualifications:Strong computer skills are required. Winery experience and knowledge of the AS 400 system, Excel and Access is preferred. WAGE TRANSPARENCY: The base pay for this role ranges from $19.50 - $24.50 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
