INCORPORAN INC is looking for a strong Scrum Master with Salesforce expertise for our direct client in New Jersey.

• Title: Scrum Master with Salesforce
• Location: New Jersey
• Duration: Multiple-year Contract

Interviews are scheduled within 24 hours. Candidates must be available on Skype and video call is mandatory. Please ensure availability during the requested time slot.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospective)
• Shield the team from external interruptions
• Resolve conflicts effectively
• Coach team on Agile practices
• Maintain tight control on Agile estimating and planning
• Forecast project timelines and resources
• Remove impediments blocking the team
• Establish communication channels among team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Enforce Agile rules and principles
• Understand SDLC processes and delivery timelines
• Define project scope and objectives
• Predict and manage resources needed to achieve project goals
• Monitor project budget based on scope and resources
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, progress, and adjustments
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards during project execution
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Measure project performance for continuous improvement
