Experienced AI Scrum Master in Waukegan, IL by Top Level Recruiter. As a Scrum Master within the AI Enablement organization, you will facilitate agile teams focused on advancing AI initiatives across the enterprise, with emphasis on enhancing AI learning and education. You will foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and address obstacles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI capabilities and learning solutions. You will work cross-functionally with developers, business stakeholders, technical experts, and leadership to ensure seamless integration of agile practices and to cultivate an AI-proficient workforce that can meet future challenges.

Visa: USC/ GC ONLY

• Establish Agile practices from the ground up for a newly formed team focused on enterprise AI adoption, enablement, and learning & development for internal AI platforms like GoAI (AbbVies ChatGPT) and AVA (AbbVie Virtual Assistant).
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of agile practices and effective delivery of AI learning solutions.
• Support AI adoption and learning across AbbVie for their AI tools and initiatives.
• Foster AI learning and help cultivate an AI-proficient workforce capable of meeting future challenges.
• Identify and address impediments to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Hybrid onsite 3 days per week in Waukegan, IL.
• Not open to remote profiles.
• Open to someone local who can come onsite 2 days per week, but priority is given to candidates able to commit to 3 days per week first.

• Experience working with AI/AI initiatives/AI projects is critical.
• Targeting 7+ years of experience; open to 5+ years of Scrum Master experience if the candidate has strong and recent AI project experience.
• Change Management and some Project Management (20-30%) are required.
• Must have strong Agile facilitation.
• Tools required: JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong communication skills (lots of meetings, working with stakeholders, leading demos, etc.).
• Pharma experience is a must.
• LinkedIn presence is required and should not be newly created.
