Are you a seasoned Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments? Do you bring a proactive mindset, strong coaching instincts, and a passion for driving Agile excellence across teams? If so, we're looking for you to join a growing technology organization that's scaling its Agile maturity and delivery capabilities.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Scrum Master position supporting multiple engineering teams that are actively maturing in their Agile practices. You'll be the driving force behind effective ceremonies, team accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator—but a coach, a challenger, and a delivery partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Jira usage, and best practices for backlog hygiene and workflow optimization
  • Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and timely approvals
  • Proactively identify blockers, escalate issues, and uphold delivery standards across teams
  • Guide teams in story pointing and velocity tracking to improve forecasting and planning
  • Support release coordination and help define lightweight release management processes
  • Drive engagement with product stakeholders to avoid rework and ensure efficient delivery

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams simultaneously
  • Proven success coaching teams with low-to-mid Agile maturity
  • Strong Jira expertise: workflows, dashboards, reporting, and backlog management
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability
  • Experience with release management or willingness to learn and own it
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus, especially for quarterly planning
  • Background in software, developer platforms, or API-driven environments is a bonus

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You'll work with teams that are hungry to grow and improve
  • Leadership is supportive but expects initiative and ownership
  • You'll have the opportunity to shape Agile practices and delivery culture
  • The environment values transparency, velocity, and continuous learning
