Scrum Master - Tandym Group : Job Details

A leading technology firm in Wilmington, MA, is seeking an experienced AI Agile Delivery Lead for a Hybrid role. This role requires expertise in Agile practices to lead a green agile environment and deliver high-quality AI products. About the Opportunity:

• Assignment Length: 6+ months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite; Tuesday to Thursday is mandatory)

• Leading Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies and Jira maintenance
• Collaborating with management, developers, analysts, and business partners
• Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices
• Removing impediments and blockers to the team's progress
• Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Software Development or IT environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
• Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Background in Software Development, QA, or Business Analysis
• Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics to drive team performance
