• All tasks to be in JIRA
• Create insightful dashboards to show dependencies, milestones and progress
• Manage RAID logs
• Collaborate with cross functional team
• Track and Remove Impediments
• Ensure that the requirements are clearly understood by the team
• Assist with Release process
• Coordinate successful migration of code through the SDLC

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments: Help the team overcome blockers to maintain productivity. Escalate when necessary.
• Promote team collaboration: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Track team performance: Use metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Define project scope and goals: Align deliverables with business objectives.
• Create and manage project plans: Develop timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Stakeholder communication: Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring quality and timeliness.
