Work Location: This position is HybridJob Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Scrum Master to guide and support one or more Agile development teams working within a .NET and Azure-based architecture, leveraging Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum), strong facilitation skills, and a passion for fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: • Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on distributed systems using .NET and Azure. • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. • Help the team stay focused on sprint goals while removing impediments and driving delivery momentum. • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum and supporting Agile maturity. • Foster collaboration between developers, QA, Product Owners, and Architects to ensure alignment across domain boundaries and bounded contexts. • Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and maintaining a well-organized, prioritized product backlog. • Monitor sprint progress using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms, and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Promote and protect team autonomy while driving accountability and transparency across the project. • Collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks. • Help manage team capacity, velocity, and predictability through metrics and continuous improvement practices. Required Skills: • 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. • Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) strongly preferred. • Experience supporting technical teams working in a Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, Azure). • Familiarity with cloud-native development concepts and Azure DevOps tools (Boards, Pipelines, Repos). • Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design, including how it influences team structure, backlog organization, and cross-functional collaboration. • Proven ability to identify blockers and drive resolution through facilitation and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical progress into business value. Nice to Have: • Experience supporting teams in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments. • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). • Experience coordinating across distributed or hybrid teams.
