Scrum Master - TalentBridge : Job Details

Title: Scrum Master Location: West Des Moines, IA Max Pay Rate: $62/hour Job Type: Contract We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and value delivery. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, promoting Agile values and principles
• Remove roadblocks and resolve conflicts that hinder team productivity
• Coach team members on Agile best practices
• Track team progress using JIRA and provide regular updates to leadership
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies and ensure alignment

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred
• Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is a plus
