Scrum Master - Canal Insurance : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our Enterprise Applications team, with a focus on the Guidewire Insurance. Suite platforms: Policy. Center, Billing. Center, and Claim. Center. This individual will serve as a key facilitator, coach, and delivery enabler - ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes across business and technical teams. This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Project Management. Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation & Coaching Lead all core Scrum ceremonies: pre-planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Cultivate a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment. Promote Agile/ Lean principles across delivery teams and stakeholders. Delivery & Execution Monitor and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) using Jira; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
