Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

As a Scrum Master at Kixie, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an agile mindset, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive agile practices and help the team achieve its goals.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and best practices
  • Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog
  • Track team performance using key metrics and drive improvements
  • Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability
  • Empower the team to self-organize and own their deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development
    • Deep understanding of agile principles, Scrum, Kanban
    • Experience managing multiple teams/projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with agile tools like Jira, Confluence
    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to use metrics to improve team performance
    • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred
    • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or startup environments is a plus
