  • Establish team metrics such as capacity and throughput
  • Track sprint progress and help drive teams to meet their sprint goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team
  • Lead and coach teams to achieve successful outcomes
What You'll NeedRequired:
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development delivery with at least 4 years of dedicated full-time Scrum Master experience
  • Proven track record of successfully growing and maturing teams or experience leading Agile transformations
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
  • Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and related artifacts
  • Embody Scrum values and principles
  • Understand application of Lean/Agile tools and techniques based on team needs
  • Display continuous learning mindset
  • Capable of leading distributed and remote teams
  • Hold team accountable to agreements and commitments
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
  • Experience in applying Scrum patterns and techniques
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Preferred:
  • Master of JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Second or Third Level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
