Job Details: We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to lead the project in the Retail space. The candidate will drive implementation of Key Features using Lean Agile methodology.The role requires:
  • Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develop understanding of Agile principles.
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.
  • Assist with Agile related routines (including but not limited to Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks. This facilitation is expected to leverage core BAC tools, including SharePoint, JIRA, etc.
  • Understand and make connections throughout the Enterprise Credit Risk technology process to ensure roadblocks and impediments are removed.
  • Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Represent the application development team in various Agile, governance and status related forums.
  • Support application development teams with Enterprise Change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc.
  • Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban knowledge and experience advanced proficiency
  • Expertise in traditional SDLC methods and change management standards
  • Analytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance
  • Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA), Microsoft Office. Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel¿
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, able to adapt to priority changes and work hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
