Scientist, Process Development - Qiagen N.V : Job Details

Responsible for Design Transfer from R&D to Operations team - Development of the reasonable manufacturing process through Validation, Scale up, Optimization, and Automation - Improvement of manufacturing process for cost efficiency and better quality - Statistical research and analysis on manufacturing data - Design experimental work independently or with minimal supervision - Product implementation to manufacturing system - Presentation of research outcome at meetings - Publication of Standard Operating Procedure - Cross-functional communications and collaboration with R&D, Engineer, QC, QA, GPM, and manufacturing teams - Training Operators on any new process or on the changes - MS/ PhD degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related Life Sciences field - Minimum 5-years hands-on experience in a molecular biology laboratory or in relevant industry environment - Hands-on experience in Next-Gen-Sequencing, RT-PCR, mi.
