> Kelly Science is seeking a Scientist (Lipid Nanoparticle & RNA) for a growing company located in Marlborough, MA. Pay: $30-40/hour Shift: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Employment Type: 6 month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion Job Duties Include: Prepare lipid nanoparticles using microfluidic devices and assess their physicochemical properties. Maintain and manage mammalian cell cultures. Conduct microscopy work and process the resulting images. Perform systematic experiments related to In Vitro Transcription reactions using bench-top bioreactors, followed by data collection and analysis. Generate lipid nanoparticles through systematic experimentation using our tools, and handle the subsequent data analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising from experimental design and execution. Summarize and interpret experimental data, and prepare it for reporting through presentations or publications.
