Position Summary

In this vital role, you will apply your knowledge and skills to perform analytical development of late-stage biological therapeutics

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience

Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets

Effective problem solving, Working knowledge of liquid chromatography, Fast learner.

Technical Expertise & Experience

  • Advanced analytical methodologies for protein therapeuticsCE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP, HILIC
  • CE and LC instrument handling, troubleshooting, and LC operation & data analysis software
  • Experience with mass spectrometry (MS) is a plus
  • Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN)
  • Method qualification, transfer, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools like Excel and other statistical software
  • Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to independently prioritize, manage, and schedule multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical testing to support functions including Drug Substance Technologies, Quality, and Manufacturing
  • Analyze late-stage protein pharmaceutical products with capillary electrophoresis, chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques
  • Lead or contribute to development, optimization, and troubleshooting of analytical methods
  • Participate in qualification, transfer, and validation experiments, focusing on separation-based purity methods
  • Perform data analyses, maintain electronic notebook records, contribute to technical protocols and reports, and present results in internal meetings
