Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience

Effective problem solving, Working knowledge of liquid chromatography, Fast learner.
Technical Expertise & Experience
- Advanced analytical methodologies for protein therapeuticsCE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP, HILIC
- CE and LC instrument handling, troubleshooting, and LC operation & data analysis software
- Experience with mass spectrometry (MS) is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN)
- Method qualification, transfer, validation, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of data processing and analysis tools like Excel and other statistical software
- Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively
- Ability to independently prioritize, manage, and schedule multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide analytical testing to support functions including Drug Substance Technologies, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Analyze late-stage protein pharmaceutical products with capillary electrophoresis, chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques
- Lead or contribute to development, optimization, and troubleshooting of analytical methods
- Participate in qualification, transfer, and validation experiments, focusing on separation-based purity methods
- Perform data analyses, maintain electronic notebook records, contribute to technical protocols and reports, and present results in internal meetings
