The Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist creates and sustains a competitive advantage for Mars Snacking and supports the achievement of its overall business goals by leading regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and execution for projects in North America (US and Canada). The role leads a variety of regulatory activities related to recipes, finished products, labelling, claims, regulation impact assessments, and overall regulatory compliance in North America. This position proactively partners with cross-functional stakeholders and technical experts to support innovation, renovation, value leadership, horizon scanning to enable growth, protect and achieve business goals.
