Scientific Marketing Specialist - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Develop marketing communications, messaging, and collateral materials for North America, including brochures, newsletters, advertising, and social media content. Manage project workflow through the marketing management system, ensuring timely delivery and completion with all necessary reviews. Coordinate and prepare quarterly marketing performance data using dashboard visualization tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite. Support and enforce brand style guidelines across internal stakeholders and external vendors. Manage purchase requisitions and orders for marketing materials, and maintain print file inventory. Act as a point of contact for first-level escalation and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in developing training materials and provide hands-on training to junior staff.
