The Scientific Director, Antibody Discovery, leads efforts to establish and grow antibody discovery platforms, aligning with customer needs, industry trends, and company goals. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications include:

• Senior-level experience in antibody discovery techniques
• Expertise in hybridoma, B-cell, plasma cell isolation, and display systems
• Knowledge of antibody engineering, humanization, and affinity maturation
• Molecular cloning skills
• Experience with NGS data analysis and sequence optimization
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and support technical proposals
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and portfolio management
• B.S., M.A., or M.S. with 12+ years, or Ph.D. with 7+ years relevant experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
