A great Home Health is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Must be a certified BCBA in good standing.
• No new graduates. Minimum of 1 full year of experience as a certified BCBA is required.
• Must have proven, hands-on experience successfully assessing and treating severe challenging behaviors (aggression, elopement).
• Must be comfortable and competent working independently in a school-based setting.
• Must NOT be a current employee of the NYC Department of Education (DOE).
• Must have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with school staff and families.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile is highly preferred.
• Previous experience providing ABA services within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of how to navigate and implement plans in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Lead and manage all aspects of the cases independently.
• Collaborate with school staff and provide training as needed.
• Conduct parent training sessions to ensure consistency across environments.
