Job DescriptionOccupational Therapist - School-Based Location: Phoenix, AZ Contract Length: 43 Weeks Compensation: Up to $55/hr (Based on Experience) Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join one of our trusted Educational Services clients near Phoenix, AZ. • Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
• Assess and document students' functional skills and progress toward IEP goals
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Promote student independence and participation within the school environment

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
