School Occupational Therapist (OT)Location: Varnville, SCJob Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based therapy team in Varnville, SC.As an OT, you'll play a vital role in helping students with disabilities access their education and participate fully in school activities by addressing their fine motor, visual-perceptual, sensory processing, and self-care needs.Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet student IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Assist students with activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skill development, handwriting, sensory regulation, and the use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor student progress, document observations, and report effectively to relevant school staff and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals within the classroom and school environment.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for students.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in South Carolina.
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a significant plus.
• Commitment to working on-site only.
