School Nurse - (Substitute) - CiTi BOCES : Job Details

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is currently hiring Registered Nurse substitutes for the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Professional Nurse license issued by New York State. Interested candidates must complete an application and attach copies of their current CPR/AED card and RN certificate.

Job Qualifications

• Current CPR/ AED training

• Current RN certificate

• Able to follow District procedures and guidelines for health care and medications

• Able to follow doctor's orders for student medications

• Excellent communication and telephone skills

• Strong work ethic

• Confidentiality

• Able to interact with students, parents, and staff

• School experience is preferred but not required

• Fingerprinting through the New York State Education Department is a requirement for working in the school district.
