School-Based Clinician - The Home for Little Wanderers : Job Details

Responsible for a caseload of students, including maintaining attendance and educational progress, providing students and families with continuous feedback and resources to meet the needs and ensure academic success Provides individual and group counseling to students on a weekly basis Supports and co-facilitates classroom sessions - Advisory, Side by Side, and/or SEL curriculum Plans and facilitates milieu services in common spaces, such as classroom, cafeteria, and afterschool push-ins, arrival and dismissal Serves as a Success Mentor, and provides attendance supports and interventions for students struggling with attendance Completes weekly Success Mentoring logs Facilitates communication between students, families, and school staff Serves as part of school teams, such as Attendance, Counseling, and others, as identified by Site Manager Provides outreach to students and their families, including phone calls, written correspondence, and home visits Provides crisis counseling, conflic...Clinician, School, Diversity, Site Manager, Support, Clinical, Education
